How many guests can your venue accommodate?

We can accommodate 100 guests, plus staff at Dream Lake on Grand and 60 Guest at Pickleball Lake.  For formal seating arrangements, we recommend one of our preferred event rental services. 

Do you offer overnight accommodations?
Yes, if you rent the entire property for the weekend, we can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably.

Do you have restrooms on-site?

We have an outdoor restroom for use for ceremony and reception only guest and indoor restrooms for weekend guest.  You can also rent portable luxury restrooms, which have been praised for their features like air conditioning, quiet operation, and soundproofing. 2 stalls typically cost around $1,680.  Contact Mat from The Lavatory (818)-593-0069

Do you offer on-site catering?

We don't provide catering services directly. However, you are welcome to choose from one of our preferred caterers.

How much parking is available on-site?

Our property has parking for approximately 30 cars. To avoid guests driving under the influence, we recommend arranging shuttle services. However, it's not mandatory.  Shuttle service is available for $1500 up to 50 Guests and $400 per additional 15 guests.

Do you provide trash removal?

We provide 4-5, 32 Gallon trash cans. The venue staff will dispose of all trash that is placed inside of the proper receptacles.  A $400 refundable fee will be collected at the time of booking and will be returned if facility is clean according to the rental agreement.
